Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the Hydrolitica Pro subscription sold by Teachers AI Éxito LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. All purchases are final

Payments are non-refundable.

Because access to the digital service is granted immediately after payment, payments are non-refundable and plans cannot be cancelled for a refund. This includes partially used or unused billing periods.

This does not limit any right that the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country grants and that cannot be waived.

2. Automatic renewal

Hydrolitica Pro is a subscription. The monthly plan costs USD 19 per month and the annual plan USD 149 per year, charged in US dollars (USD). The plan renews automatically every month or every year and the payment method on file is charged until you cancel.

3. How to cancel

• Sign in at hydrolitica.com, open the account menu (top right) and choose Manage subscription. This opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel the plan, change your card and download your invoices.
• If you cannot sign in, ask us to cancel by writing to info@hydrolitica.com (or through the contact page) and include the email address you subscribed with.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in the portal.

4. Billing errors

If you see a duplicate charge, a charge you did not authorize or any other billing error, write to info@hydrolitica.com (or use the contact page) with the date and amount. We correct billing errors. Any other billing question goes to the same address.

5. Try before you pay

You can use the prediction engine and the calculators for free within the limits shown on the pricing page, with no card required, to check that Hydrolitica works for you before you subscribe.
